Care instructions
Masks should be hand washed and hung to dry. I have personally washed them in the washer, but there is always a chance the vinyl will come off depending on the washer or soaps you us. Never put them in the dryer. The heat will remove the vinyl.
Why no returns?
Most of what we sell in the shop are face mask. Because they cannot be resold or used, we cannot accept returns on them. If your mask has an issue please contact us directly, and we will be able to correct the situation.
The edge of my logo is coming up, what can I do?
At times the vinyl starts to come up on the edges. You can take an iron on the cotton setting and normally stick it back down.
How will my mask ship? Is there tracking?
1 mask - ships as a letter with no tracking.
2 + masks - ships as a package with USPS and will have tracking.
